I had a good and constructive discussion with His Highness. We talked about major crises in the world –the Iraqi crisis, the Israeli –Palestinian situation, Afghanistan, the fight against terrorism and the tendency in some situations for the “T” word (terrorism) to be abused and used to crack down on opponents and others. And that we all hoped, and that we all expect Iraq to comply with the demands of the international community and that war need not be inevitable and that if it (Iraq) did what is required of it, we may be able to avoid military action in the region.
