The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Bruno Eduardo RodrÃguez Parrilla, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba. They discussed the situation in Cuba, as well as developments in Haiti and the Southern Caribbean. They also exchanged views on the reform of the UN and the International Financial Institutions.
