Suzuka was born in Nagasaki in 2000 as a third-generation hibakusha, whose grandmother experienced the atomic bombing. To expand peace actions beyond the bombed areas, Suzuka founded , an organization that advocates for the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. Through exhibitions and peace education programs, she aims to create opportunities for people to engage with the issue from diverse perspectives.
In 2025, Suzuka joined the Borderless Foundation, an NPO working toward a peaceful world free of nuclear weapons, as their Director.
